Your privacy is important to me. Any personal information you share, whether through contact forms, coaching sessions, or email, will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of supporting your care and communication.

I do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties.

All 1:1 coaching sessions are confidential. The only exceptions to confidentiality are where disclosure is required by law (e.g., risk of harm to self or others, or suspected child or elder abuse).

If you sign up for my email list, you may receive occasional updates or resources related to wellness, chronic pain support, or upcoming offerings. You can unsubscribe at any time.

In group coaching settings, workshops, classes, or sound bath events, confidentiality cannot be guaranteed. While I encourage a safe and respectful space, please only share what you feel comfortable disclosing in a group environment.
